| LAKE STREET POP

POP UP ART ON LAKE STREET will temporarily change the look of empty storefronts into a walking avenue of creative art.  This is to be the sampler for the coming of the Miller Beach Arts and Creative District.  Launching this initiative of the newly formed District, Pop Up Art will begin the partnership between artists of all genre, and property owners. Temporary spaces will be available at no cost to the artist.  The Arts and Creative District is located in a prime real estate area that is the boulevard to beautiful Lake Michigan and the soon to be restored Marquette Park.  We want to feature for one evening a month artists, photographers, sculptors, performance artists musicians, and more.  Sign up for one of the Pop Up Gallery dates:  September 24, October 29,( Halloween theme for school art teachers and art students) and December 3

I/we release(s), forever discharge(s) and hold harmless the Lake Street Arts and Creatives District of and from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims, and demands whatsoever in law or in equity from any loss or damage to property of the undersigned while in possession or under the supervision of the POP UP ART on LAKE STREET participating venues, their agents, representatives or employees. I/we consent(s) to enforcement of all rules relating to POP UP ART on LAKE STREET. I/we give permission for photos or depiction of my (our) work accepted for POP UP ART ON LAKE STREET to be used for Art Walk promotion proposes.
